Janet Callaway focuses primarily on buyers and places a premium on getting to know her clients and understanding their unique needs and goals. She genuinely loves the personal interaction and friendships she develops with her buyers. She is very thorough and understanding, guiding clients through the entire buying process—from lining up the finances needed to purchase, to identifying homes that fit their needs and qualifications, to successfully completing the escrow process and getting them the keys to their new home.

Before entering real estate, Janet worked as a Manager at Home Depot, where she developed her exceptional customer service skills and problem-solving abilities. That experience taught her how to listen carefully, anticipate needs, and deliver solutions—skills that translate perfectly to helping buyers find their dream homes.

Born and raised in Southern California, Janet and Tom raised their two daughters in Temecula before falling in love with the Coachella Valley. Since relocating to the desert, Janet has dedicated herself to serving this community with the same care and attention she would want for her own family.

She understands that buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions her clients will make, and she takes the time to ensure they feel informed, supported, and confident at every step. Janet and Tom have been actively involved in their communities over the years, serving in local schools, helping provide for seniors, and providing college scholarships for local high school graduates. Janet believes in giving back to the communities that have given her family so much.
